PRINTING POLICY – CIENTONCE SAS

CIENTONCE SAS performs textile printing processes only using single-color textile vinyl or multi-color DTF, applied through heat transfer on already manufactured garments.

1. Type of process

   • Textile vinyl (one color).

   • DTF (Direct To Film) with multiple colors.

   • The maximum print size is 15 cm x 15 cm.

2. Processes not offered
   CIENTONCE SAS does not perform sublimation or direct textile printing processes on already manufactured garments. Only heat printing processes are carried out.

3. Technical limitations
   Depending on the type of garment, its structure, and the material, there may be areas where it is not possible or not recommended to perform printing processes, in order to guarantee the quality and durability of the result.

4. Customer files and specifications
   The customer must clearly provide the printing specifications, as well as editable digital files (Ai, PSD, or CRD) and in high resolution, or high-quality PNG, when applicable. CIENTONCE SAS is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect files or instructions provided by the customer.

5. Design approval
   All designs must be pre-approved by the customer before going into production.

6. Delivery times
   Delivery time is up to one (1) week, counted from the payment confirmation and final design approval.

7. Return policy
   Once the design has been approved by the customer and the printing process has been carried out, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.

8. Garment care
   Printed garments should not be washed with hot water, as this can affect the adhesion and durability of the print.
