EXCHANGE AND WARRANTY POLICY
At CIENTONCE SAS, we craft our garments with high-quality materials, aiming to ensure fit, comfort, and our customers' satisfaction.
Exchanges due to customer decision
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a product exchange by contacting us through our customer service channels and providing:

The garment you wish to exchange.

The reason for the exchange.

Proof of purchase.
Requests for exchanges due to size, reference, or other reasons must be made within thirty (30) calendar days following the delivery of the order.
For an exchange to be valid, the garments must be:

Unused.
-
Clean.
-
With original tags.
-
In their original packaging.
Shipping costs associated with the exchange process will be borne by the customer.
Exchanges can be made for one or more garments of equal or greater value. If there is a price difference, it must be paid by the customer.
Promotional products
Garments purchased on promotion or with a discount are not eligible for exchange due to customer decision, except in cases of a quality defect or when the legal warranty applies.
Legal warranty
In case of quality or manufacturing defects, the customer may request the legal warranty in accordance with the provisions of Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute).
To initiate the warranty process, the customer must contact CIENTONCE SAS through the customer service channels and provide the information and evidence required for the case evaluation.
Once the defect is verified, CIENTONCE SAS will proceed, as appropriate and in accordance with the law, with one of the following alternatives:

Product repair.

Exchange for a new one.

Refund of money, when legally applicable.
Solutions derived from a warranty will be determined according to the nature of the defect and the provisions established in current legislation.
